OPI has served the 340B program for two Community-Based Organizations for over 20 years.  Our extensive experience and knowledge will be instrumental to assist the clinics in setting up their own 340B program.  OPI has experience with “bill-to, ship-to” 340B programs as well as experience working with 340B third-party administrators.  The 340B drug program would drastically reduce the cost of drugs for various health clinics.  Specifically, we are currently involved with the 340B programs at Asian Health Services in Oakland Chinatown and Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in Hayward & Union City.
