From CVS Caremark Provider Manual 2014. CVS Caremark recently updated it’s provider manual and has this handy chart for determining days supply for ophthalmic products. The day supply could always be calculated based on 15 drops per ml but the chart does define what are other “acceptable” or “ok” ranges. If appropriate, print and discuss with your staff.
